Submit an Article!
You’ve been sitting on your hands churning through this whole great site and the whole time you just can’t shake the feeling that something is missing. IT’S YOU! Well I’ve got some good news for you, our tent is plenty large for new voices. If you have an idea for an article and would like to work with us to get published here at Abraham’s Wallet, here are the things you need to know:
- We write for Jesus-following family men. While we think there is much wisdom on family and money to be found in all sorts of places, our money speak will always align with and tie back to our views of the scriptures.
- Our voice is a playful mix of strapping and dauntless, and we aim to preserve that voice here, so expect that we’ll Abrahamify whatever you submit. Of course, the final go/no-go decision on publication will be yours.
- We aren’t at an income-generating stage in this project, so at the moment guest authors… we have no dough to provide in exchange for your brilliance. In some cases we are happy to link back to your project, organization or blog, and in the future we hope to provide actual cash money in exchange for your talents.
- Quick hits and long reads have a place here, but MOST of our content can be read in 3-5 minutes.
- We aim to provide a good mix of tactical (things I can start doing today) and foundational (how now shall I think about my family and money) articles. We welcome collaborators on both fronts!
- Not a writer? That doesn’t mean we don’t want your story – we’re open to interviews. Don’t hold back.
